The Coubertin Medal is a sign of recognition of the spirit of sports on the world stage, so in a way, it is a greater honor than the gold medal. Medals are produced in large numbers during the Olympics, but this award has been awarded to only 25 people since it was first established in 1964 for more than half a century.

In fact, it is the most valuable and meaningful medal among the Olympic medals. Winning an award is enough to be recorded on a page in the history of sports, and it is more than an honor.

Dr. AA Biryukov, the first president of the WSM World Sports Massage Federation, has contributed to the development of world sports through sports massage since the 1950s.

WSM President AA Biryukov's Pierre de Coubertin medal  is a great pride of the World Sports Massage Federation.
